LCDG SM Exhibition.pdf

Prompt Book Example

Here is a sample of my prompt book for the production; Little Children Dream of God.

You will see a variety of different cues on the right hand side of the page.

Towards the middle of the page you will see the actions in yellow boxes that each cue corresponded to.

The first page, was the opening sequence of the play and it was all music (no dialogue or vocals).  It was important to visually and audibly maintain the integrity of this sequence based on the specific choreography/movements.

Performance Report Example

This performance report details a particular challenge that was encountered during the performance. There were a vast amount of microphone effects that were triggered via MIDI. During this performance, MIDI became disconnected, and all of these cues had to be called manually.

SAM Nutcracker ASM Run Sheet (1).pdf

Run Sheet Example #1

Here is a run sheet that I revised & updated for Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre's Nutcracker. This specific version of the production has been in the company's repertoire for about 20 years. However, this run sheet had not been physically updated in quite some time when I joined the production. There were things that I updated based on changes that have morphed into the production as well as more efficient tracking for the ASM deck track.

Run Sheet Example #2

This is the run sheet I created along side the stage management team for Spring Awakening.

Although this wasn't a complicated show, it was important that we knew exactly what everyone was doing during the show. We didn't just limit our tracking on this sheet to crew/management, but we also included the cast. This proved to be very helpful when we lost two actors going into our final dress. Fortunately, we were able to filter this sheet and created two new track sheets for the actors being put in as replacements.
